Every one of our sportive jerseys includes a CamLock zipper, as used by premium cycling brands on high-end road racing jerseys. This zip locks the puller against the zip track itself, reducing movement, flapping and irritation when riding, which means a more comfortable ride for your cyclists.
Each sportive jersey features an elasticated inner silicone gripper waistband stretching around the entire bottom hem. This grips the shorts or trousers when worn in the race position, eliminating unwanted movement and protecting the rider from any discomfort. Additionally, you can customise this waistband and silicone pattern to your specifications.
From energy gels to valuables, store anything in three deep elasticated pockets on the reverse of each sportive jersey. You can choose to print new designs onto the pockets or continue the design of the main jersey across them.

Flatlocking is a premium method of stitching used on high-performance clothing. It works by 'butting' two seems together, which causes no layers to the underside of the garment and a smooth finish and feel for the the rider. Flatlock stitching also has the added visual 'wow-factor' and you can choose any colour thread to compliment the colour of the jersey.
We can make your Racer jerseys in three different zip lengths - quarter, half and full zip. We also offer the option of having the zip hidden (concealed zip), so you can have the design continuous across the front of the jersey.
All of our cycle jerseys and jackets come with an inner silicone waistband which grips on to the riders shorts or trousers when worn to help reduce splashing and exposure to bad weather. We can custom make these to your design and offer a print or woven finish waistband with any pattern silicone over the top (dots, lines, text or patterns).
We offer custom zip pullers in a range of materials and styles, from injection moulded PVC to padded woven fabric pulls. We can pantone match them and create them in any shape and size.
We can personalise your individual vest with your name and event or indeed any information you wish to have unique to yourself, as part of any size order from 10 - 10,000. Personalisation is also printed by the dye-sublimation method so is part of the garment and will not fade or peel.
