  1. Once a garment or item has been customised it can no longer be returned unless there is a fault in the manufacturing or printing process. In the unlikely event that you discover a fault, please contact us immediately, and we will happily take the item back and arrange a replacement. You will need to notify us by email of any faults discovered within three working days upon receiving our delivery in order to qualify for exchange or refund. If, on close inspection of the faulty items, we discover that any damage is not the fault of The Charity Clothing Company or the manufacturers, no refund or exchange will be possible.
  2. Refunds will only be made to the original credit or debit card.
  3. Product samples are sent on a sale or return basis; unreturned items will be charged for at the full price.
  4. Products supplied by The Charity Clothing Company remain the property of the company until the complete order is paid for.
  5. The Charity Clothing Company does not accept responsibility for third party couriers both domestic and international, including the unlikely event of orders being delayed due to being held at customs upon import.
  6. Orders over a quantity of 100 are subject to a tolerance of +/- 1% of items being delivered. This is due to the nature of the processes we use and is within the office of fair trading legislation.
  7. Artwork should be supplied as a high resolution EPS or similar vector file where possible. If you do not have a vector file version The Charity Clothing Company can redraw your graphics, but this will incur a charge; redrawing third party imagery does not constitute part of our free artwork service. If you are in any doubt, please contact us to discuss your artwork.
  8. Pantone dyed garments may vary in shade and tone due to the nature of the dyeing process. We take as much care and attention as possible to ensure garments are all the same colour but cannot guarantee 100% colour consistency.
  9. One artwork is redrawn and visuals provided, you are entitled to a maximum of three amendments for the price quoted. Any further redrawing will be charged at a rate agreed by a member of staff.
  10. PDF visuals are supplied for visual purposes only and are not drawn to scale. For exact sizes of print please specify upon point of ordering, otherwise we may print or embroider your design according to the size of the garment and the perceived nature and positioning of the logo.
  11. If creating original artwork / visual / design; it will remain the property of The Charity Clothing Company and replicating elsewhere or sending to another supplier who uses the artworl will be classed as an enfringement of copyright.
  12. Print colours can vary from digital colours shown on-screen, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
  13. All sizes and measurements are for guidance only, but we try to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Different manufacturers’ sizes of garments can vary; The Charity Clothing Company cannot be held responsible for printed items ordered in a size which is later deemed to be incorrect for a specific individual.
  14. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of entry. We reserve the right to refuse orders where any product information has been wrongly published.
  15. All order details must be received in writing, including printing/garment specifications, delivery addresses, timescales and contact details. The Charity Clothing Company cannot be held responsible for any perceived errors where the customer has not sent a written order. If orders are placed by telephone, customers must ensure a written confirmation is subsequently emailed.
  16. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the point of order unless otherwise stated.
  17. Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered goes out of stock before we accept the order we will notify you as soon as possible.
  18. We reserve the right to refuse an order when we are unable to gain authorisation of payment, we find an error in the product’s listed information or when stock is unavailable.
  19. All contracts and purchases are subject to the law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  20. We will take all reasonable care to keep order and payment details secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide in the course of accessing or using our website.
  21. Purchases are subject to Distance Selling Regulations, but if an item has been processed then charges may be incurred if we cannot recover our costs.
  22. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your order is not approved by the card issuer, we cannot be held liable for delays or non-fulfilment of your order.
  23. The Charity Clothing Company cannot be held liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
  24. Any links provided on this website to external websites are done so for your information and convenience; we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the information on or actions of external websites.
  25. The Charity Clothing Company promises never to sell, give away or display any of your contact details to any third party not directly involved in the provision of your order.
