q. Do you offer embroidery?

a. Yes, most garments can be embroidered but not all logos can so it's best to send these to us so we can advise you on a process to get the best from your brand.

 

q. Can we have some samples to try on and feel the quality etc?

a. Yes of course! Drop us an email or give us a call and we will dispatch the same or next day.

 

q. We don’t have a design or logo, can you come up with something for us?

a. Yes, our design team are awesome and will come up with a range of options.

 

q. Do you offer other promotional items that are not on the promo items page?

a. Absolutely! Please email us what you are looking for and we will send over info and prices.

 

q. What kind of printing do you offer?

a. Sublimation, silk screen printing, heat transfer (vinyl), flock and digital.

 

Returns

We provide PDF visuals for every order and ask you to check and sign them before we carry out any decoration on your promotional clothing.

This approval process is crucial as it allows you, the customer, to make any relevant changes and be entirely happy with what you are ordering. It gives us an exact format to work from and in the event of a discrepancy allows both parties to verify what was signed for.

All of our custom clothing goes through a strict quality checking processing before we ship but in the unlikely event that you wish to return any items please contact us before doing so as once a garment is decorated we are unable to issue refunds except where there is a demonstrable quality failing.
